Dessert cafe best of Johor Entrepreneur Child located at Jalan Dhoby, Johor Bahru. Launched in May 2016. They offering an exclusive dessert and drinks, suitable for brunch and dinner. They realize that too difficult to get dessert in this city and he tried to start it. Muhamad and his partner is a founder and team are behind of this idea for the opening. It looks like part design studio because the ambient of this cafe, the cracking white brick walls, antique black door, hanging lamps and frames, really love it. Reading materials also available, while enjoying the dessert people can chill at reading corner. The signature that they offer depends on menu of the day they serve - dessert croissant, dessert french toast comes with the 5 favourite topping, and 1 scoop ice cream magnum classic or vanilla for brownies nutella and dessert cream puff for more magical. They establish since 5 years at Kempas, after that year they open at Jalan Dhoby in April 2016. Hafiz is a founder of a fork and dagger whose try to maintain our heritage food. This cafe serves a menu of popular local stir-fried rice and noodle dishes along with a range of salads, pasta and western favourites. Among the popular picks is Kway Teow Goreng Agora and its signature Malaysian style fried rice. It even has a couple table dedicated to "Mr & Mrs" and its ancient dumb waiter (operated by rope and pulley) that sends food up from the kitchen.

Officially started in march 2014, Sangkaya has now available in 9 different locations, 7 in Klang Valley and 2 in Malacca and have franchise in Johor. It was all begins on the Valentine's Day one year back. The team tested the market in Jalan Alor and of course the response was good. They were first known as the Alor Coconut Ice cream, where they were just a push cart kiosk in Jalan Alor and it remains. John, founder of a coconut company named Sangkaya where he shared his knowledge about coconut, as well as the story behind the coconut company.

Sangkaya is named after the co-founder of this unique company, Sangrida Kaya who is an international F&B entrepreneur. Beside that, John would like the company to carry the real Asian image where the name Sangkaya sounded very Malaysian. In Chinese meaning, Sangkaya actually means a person who rich.

The coconut ice cream is freshly made daily in a small batches with the best quality from Thailand. With the aim of being the coconut ambassador, the main item in Sangkaya is coconut ice cream, available as "signature","cup" and "cone". Signature is the way they prepared, 4 scoops of premium coconut ice cream with 3 natural toppings of your choice, bedded on coconut flesh strips and served in fresh coconut husk.
